Great service. Always polite and courteous. Stu even helps ladies carry the packages to their cars. Owner is pleasant. Their fax service is cheaper than at FedEx and they notarize your documents. Hours are great too.

David Kim is the single best customer service person I have ever had the pleasure of meeting. David treats every single client with the utmost respect and outstanding customer service. I have been a client for years. I live in New York City but need an address in LA to collect my mail. David is superb. David is confidential and understands all his client’s needs and requirements. David is trustworthy and understands the need to inform his clients when packages and mail arrives and will ship them off immediately. Many clients travel frequently and are not in LA to pick up deliveries. Whether you are in LA or anywhere else in the Country and need a LA location, there is no better place or individual to assist you in all your needs other than David Kim. The best!!

Stuart is incredibly helpful, light-hearted, and always knows how to make you laugh. The new owner is super nice too. I plan on using their notary and mailbox services in the future. My husband and I absolutely adore David and the whole team at Mailboxes N More! They are so friendly and efficient, they make going to the mailbox an enjoyable weekly "to-do." : ) Not only is their customer service top notch, I appreciate that I can get all of my mailings done with David, without the lines and hassle of the post office. He shows me all of the available options and helps me choose the best one. I'm so glad to be their customer!

I wanted to get a mailbox for my business and wanted the mail to go to a separate place than my personal residence. After looking around and checking out the site and other reviews, I landed on this place. I called and spoke to a friendly guy who told me the best time to come in and start the process. Glad I did because I am sure this place does good business. Well to make a long story short, I was all set up by Arlene who was nice and informative of how the process works. I highly recommend this place for either your personal or business mailbox needs.

I've been a Mailboxes N More customer for almost a year now and David has been incredible from the beginning. The establishment is well set-up and love the customer service. I get a an influx of packages and they're great with friendly reminders and holding onto my packages as needed. It's also clean and well-run with COVID preventative measures intact. I would 100% recommend this place. Also, there's always parking!

I have had a PO Box here since 2012. I love David! He and his team are always helpful and make our experience pleasant. They can help with any shipping needs, faxing, and receiving of packages. This is great if you leave town a lot or with the current Corona situation it’s comforting knowing your packages are safe and won’t get stolen from your doorstep. I would highly recommend anyone get a PO Box here or simply use them for their other services.
